They can anticipate our guests’ needs and provide on-the-spot solutions. Of course, they’ll also help with arrival and departure, from airport transfers to luggage storage.  

Seeing a warm, articulate, naturally helpful Front Office Guide / Phone Operator to join our team. You’ll be responsible for fielding all hotel calls, directing them appropriately, and communicating critical information to guests and staff as needed.

About you...

• Passionate about providing superior service, organization and details with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.   
• Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented. 
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
