We’re currently searching for a seasoned and imaginative Banquet Cook at 1 Hotel Nashville to join the Culinary team in our Banquet Department and support each member by actively participating in day-to-day operations, managing guest requests, and setting everyone up for success, from the start of the banquet to the very last bite. 

About you...

• Passionate about food and a minimum of 1 year experience in banquets
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. 
• Advanced knowledge of culinary operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. 
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written. 
• Able and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
