The Bell and Valet teams are at the heart of every hotel, and our front-of-house staff are some of the most important members of the team, because they are the first to meet our guests. They also have the first opportunity to provide our guests with impeccable service, and often to reflect a first glimpse of the brand’s best self. We’re currently searching for a warm, welcoming Bell/Valet Clerk to come on board at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, someone who’s great at talking to just about anyone, and who prioritizes, above all, the needs of our guests and our partners. 

About you...

• Passionate about guest service, enjoys physical work and has previous similar work experience.
• Previous customer or guest service experience, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented. 
• Enjoys greeting guests and making them feel welcome.
• Great attention to detail - coordinating cars, keys, and the successful transition of guests to and from the hotel in their vehicles.
• Computer literacy is important when tracking guests, check in and out times, coordinating the flow of vehicles in the porte chochere.
• Shifts are typically 7am-3pm, 11am-7pm, and 2:30pm-10:30pm.  Employees rotate shifts.
