About you...

• Passionate about leadership and excellence in food operations.
•  Minimum 5 years of similar work experience as a Culinary Director or Executive Chef.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary operations in multi-venue hotel that includes, but not limited to fine dining venue(s), banquets, all-day dining restaurant(s) and bar/nightlife.
• A strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and experience alongside excellent knowledge of great financial performance.
• Able to supervise, coordinate and control all aspects of food purchases, food production and food costing on a large scale in multi-venue, luxury hotel.
• Previous experience in creating menu and recipe development at luxury hotel.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Creative, driven and passionate about sustainability, with a positive mindset.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
