OUR OPPORTUNITY
The Director of Sales is a vital part of the sales operations within SH Hotels and Resorts. This individual in this role will identify opportunities to optimize performance and create value by improving existing processes, encouraging innovation, and driving necessary change. The individual will implement strategies, identify useful sales tools, manage the sales processes, and analyze data to understand how to improve sales performance. The role oversees sales programs, policies, development and training, and major sales initiatives. The Director of Sales has strong leadership aptitude and can mentor and assist sales teams to achieve the utmost success.
