About you...

• Passionate about Catering & Events with a min. of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Prior experience working in a hotel is highly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
