We’re currently in search of a fast-learning, creative Pastry Cook 3 to support our Pastry Team at 1 HOTEL HANALEI BAY in all relevant tasks, from preparation to production to presentation. Plus, you’ll be training under some highly-regarded chefs in the food world.

• Passionate about food and previous similar work experience.
• Basic knowledgeable of culinary operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
