In this role, you’ll oversee an assigned section of the kitchen, cooking and preparing each dish to perfection, and partnering with our talented chefs to make memorable dishes for our guests to remember. You’ll also learn from some of the most imaginative food people in the industry. Most important, you’ll be responsible for setting standards: absolutely flawless experiences for both guests and staff, and an inspired, motivated and happy team.
