At 1 HOTEL MAYFAIR, our Reservations Team is dedicated to making that a reality. They’re fast, friendly and easy to talk to about anything that sets our guests up for success with their trip. They can anticipate our guests’ needs and provide on-the-spot solutions. Of course, they’ll also help with arrival and departure, from airport transfers to luggage storage.  Our team at 1 HOTEL MAYFAIR is currently seeking an articulate, experienced Reservations Associate to join the team.  If you live for the details, and love seeing a great plan come to life, you might want to give us a call. 

The working days and hours for this role are more specific: Sunday to Thursdays (5 days) and timings from 1.00pm to 9.00pm (8 hours per day - can flexible by an hour either side)

About you...

• Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience. 
• Ability to speak Arabic is a beneficial+.   
• Knowledgeable and Fast learner in Reservations Systems (HMS ideally or Opera PMS)
• Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented. 
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
