As the Fleet Coordinator, you'll be crucial in supporting our Audi Experience and bike rental programs. This position requires enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service rooted in our commitment to eco-friendly hospitality.

 

About the role …

  • Interact with guests with genuine warmth and a commitment to exceptional service.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to find solutions and enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and always uphold the luxury brand image.

 

Bike Program

  • Review bike reservations for in-house and arriving guests.
  • Manage bike check-in and check-out processes for guests, ensuring accurate fulfillment of reservations using hotel software systems.
  • Assist guests in completing liability waivers, provide them with helmets and locks, ensure that all equipment is safely returned and logged, and ensure the proper upkeep and storage of all equipment.
  • Share local knowledge on biking routes, enhancing guests' exploration of our community.
  • Provide daily cleaning of bikes and helmets
  • Follow processes to communicate with bike mechanic/ambassador to promptly address maintenance issues and ensure bikes are in optimal condition.

 

Audi Experience Program

  • Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure vehicles are ready for guest use according to schedule.
  • Inspect vehicles for any damage, wear, or maintenance issues and report them promptly.
  • Assist in cleaning and sanitizing the interior of Audi Experience vehicles, including seats, carpets, dashboards, and all surfaces.
  • Assist in washing and waxing the exterior of vehicles to maintain a pristine appearance.
  • Assist in restocking vehicle amenities such as water bottles, tissues, and reading materials.

 

 

Qualifications

About you …

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Basic computer skills for reservation management and communication purposes.
  • Strong attention to detail to uphold our high standards of service and safety.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to lift and move bikes and other equipment as needed.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Passionate about sustainability and creating memorable guest experiences that leave a positive impact.
