The Baccarat Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rooms to join our prestigious team. This individual will oversee the Director of Housekeeping and manage the Front Office Department, which includes the following managmeent structure:

• 1 Overnight Manager
• 1 Front Office Manager (Overnight Relief)
• 2 Front Office Managers
• 1 Assistant Director of Front Office
• 2 Guest Experience Managers

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Rooms Division, ensuring alignment with the hotel's service standards.
• Oversee operations of the Housekeeping and Front Office teams, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality guest experiences.
• Collaborate closely with other department heads of Rooms Division to ensure seamless service throughout the hotel.
• Ensure compliance with Union Local 6 agreements, demonstrating a deep understanding of the associated requirements and policies.
• Drive problem-solving initiatives, address guest concerns promptly, and implement solutions that enhance satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training, mentorship, and leadership.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in luxury hotels, preferably within a Forbes 5-Star or equivalent environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Union Local 6 operations and protocols (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• A strategic mindset and hands-on approach to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
