As one of the first & last points of contact for our esteemed guests, you will play a pivotal role in elevating their entire stay.

Key Duties:
- Research VIP Arrivals: Prepare for the arrival of high-profile guests by gathering detailed preferences and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Prepare Amenities: Organize and personalize welcome gifts, ensuring each guest's needs are anticipated.
- Maintain Guest Database: Keep track of guest preferences and histories to create a customized experience for returning visitors.
- Build Guest Relationships: Engage with regular guests to form lasting connections and understand their needs.
- Celebrate Special Occasions: Help guests mark special moments by arranging bespoke celebrations during their stay.
- Lobby Engagement: Spend time in the lobby getting to know guests and assisting with any inquiries or requests.
- Purchase Personalized Gifts: Coordinate and procure thoughtful gifts tailored to guest preferences.
- Support All Departments: Collaborate with other hotel teams to ensure every aspect of the guest experience is flawless.
