We’re currently searching for a seasoned and imaginative Meeting and Events Supervisor to support the management and the front and heart-of-house teams at our 1 Hotel Mayfair. You will oversee all aspects of the banquet events, including  reviewing BEO's and executing a perfect set-up and (and break down) of each event,  training new team members and elevating service standards at every turn, actively participating in day-to-day operations, upholding the service standards to the highest level...and everything in between, up to the very last goodbye. 

Inside Tip: If you have banquet experience and an impeccable flair for pairing wine, food, and stay current on event trends, you may be just the person we're looking for.  

About you...

• Passionate about banquets and growing in the Neeting & Events department with a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience working in banquets, preferably within an upper upscale or luxury hotel environment.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Experience in M&E operations, a team player, natural leader, hard worker, and detail oriented.
• Flexible and able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Right to work is a must. Working visa will not be offered.
