The marketing coordinator provides administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer and project support to the brand marketing team. This individual maintains efficient and professional communication between the home office, hotel teams, and agency partners. The role also coordinates key marketing activities, programs, and promotions for the brands under SH Hotels and Resorts. Beyond the administrative support to multiple executives (e.g., calendar management, meeting planning, expense and budget management, content creation), this individual will be part of a high-performing team culture, and a fast-paced environment, while gaining meaningful experience in brand marketing.

We seek to hire thoughtful, caring, and forward-thinking people who will inspire, collaborate, and strive to achieve our fundamental cause – do all the good we can.   OUR OPPORTUNITY SH Hotels & Resorts is in search of a forward-thinking Corporate Director of Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll solutions for our US hotels and corporate offices, while preparing for unprecedented growth into global markets. As an integral part of the SH Hotels family, you will report directly to the VP, Global Tax, Payroll and Compliance, with primary responsibility for managing the payroll process for pre-opening properties, including the stand-up of payroll process at the properties, , as well as overseeing the payroll managers who process the corporate and property-level payrolls. You will be responsible for the review and approval of company-wide payroll. You will be responsible for overseeing garnishment and unemployment responses, liaising with state tax authorities, and providing tax responses or coordinating with ADP to provide them. You will be responsible for coordinating with and providing training to Directors of Finance and Directors of People at properties for the effective processing of payroll. In addition to this, you will work closely with the Benefits Manager on team member benefits and the HRIS Manager. If you like crunching numbers and making sure that everything is in its’ place, then this job is for you. Payroll ensures the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of payroll and payroll tax payments, financial reporting and other related functions while providing information and assistance to the Finance teams. You will also be required to communicate, coordinate, resolve funding issues and work well with other team members, department heads, managers and guests. You will have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility overseeing your department. Working seamlessly as an effective team will be critical. Our ideal candidate will have sound leadership qualities and possess critical thinking skills to execute both short and long term strategies, while rising to uphold SH Hotels & Resorts core values.
