Catering to discerning travellers seeking high-end accommodations, dining, and entertainment, 1 Hotel Melbourne is set to redefine luxury in Australia.   We are now hiring a Director of Revenue Management who will work closely with our Managing Director and support the guidance committee of the hotel to make sound commercial decisions. You will play a pivotal role in maximizing overall hotel revenue and profitability. Working closely with the team, the successful candidate will drive market share through strategic evaluation and analysis of business, distribution channels, and rate/inventory management across all market segments. Key responsibilities include leading weekly revenue management meetings, presenting key statistics to senior leadership, and offering actionable insights and recommendations to drive performance.
